• Qualified suppliers for raw material procurement shall be reviewed and rated annually.
• Castings adopt a strict scoring system, 70% of which are high-quality products with a score of 90 or more. Castings are marked with furnace numbers, which have long-term traceability.
• Strictly implement the inspection of the whole project of the first piece in the processing process, and strictly follow the principles of drawing, standard and process.
• Test control requires a pass rate of more than 90% in one test.
• Equipped with complete and advanced various testing instruments and meters, the measuring instruments are externally calibrated every year.
