The chemical dosing and injection pump skid is a complete set of devices for injecting chemical agents into various systems. It is mainly used in industrial and civil fields such as power plants, oil refineries, oil exploration, offshore drilling platforms, and water treatment plants.

The composition of the chemical injection skid includes: metering pump, storage tank, control cabinet, piping system, valve, liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, thermometer, buffer, filter, flow calibrator, agitator, all-weather flame arrester, electric heat tracing Insulation, automatic monitoring protector system, etc., these parts are all installed on a common base, the so-called skid block. It has the characteristics of compact structure, simple installation, and convenient operation and use.

The device can be adjusted manually, and can also be operated by electric control, air control, or remote control, and the control signal can also be sent to a computer to realize automatic control. According to the needs of the process flow, our factory can make targeted design, set up enough functions, and configure necessary devices to be economical and practical.

For the injection volume and injection pressure of the chemical injection skid, a suitable metering pump can be selected according to the needs of the process. Satisfactory products can be selected within the range of flow rate from 1L/h to 1000L/h and pressure from 0.5MPa to 20MPa. The accuracy of injection volume can be as high as ±1%, and multiple media can be simultaneously conveyed and adjusted individually on each skid. The volume of the storage tank on the chemical injection skid ranges from 0.1 cubic meters to 20 cubic meters, which can be selected according to the injection volume. When used in open air and cold areas, insulation layers can be installed on containers and pipeline valves.
